Trading Spirit for a Phoenix fruit can be a pretty solid deal. Phoenix offers great healing and mobility which makes it worth the swap!
I traded my Spirit for a Quake fruit and never looked back. Quake's area damage is awesome for leveling up quickly!
Hot take: Spirit isn't worth much. Just keep it and grind for something better.
