What does a reverse foil Pokemon card mean?
A reverse foil Pokemon card is pretty much what it sounds like – a card where everything BUT the actual artwork is shiny and foiled. It's like the opposite of what you'd expect; instead of the pic being all sparkly, it's the background and frame that get to shine. Kinda cool because it makes the artwork pop in a different way!
