ADSing in Valorant stands for 'Aiming Down Sights.' Basically, when you right-click with your mouse while holding a weapon, your view zooms in slightly and helps you aim more precisely. Not all weapons allow ADS, but for those that do, it can make a big difference in landing those headshots.
