Honestly, it boils down to personal preference, but if I had to choose, I’d say the manga. The manga is the original creation of Eiichiro Oda, and you get to experience the story as he intended. Plus, no filler episodes! Though, the anime brings the world to life with vibrant colors, voice acting, and epic battle scenes. Can't go wrong either way.

Anime for me! The music, the voices, and the way some of the big scenes are animated add so much to the experience. Sure, there's filler, but some of it is actually fun and adds depth to the characters.

Manga, no contest. It's straight from Oda's brain to the page. You get the raw story, quicker pacing, and some details the anime skips or changes. Plus, you can read it at your own pace without waiting for weekly anime episodes.

If you're a One Piece fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
