What is JP in GTA 5?
JP, or Job Points, are what you get after finishing missions in GTA 5. They don't buy you much but are good to show off your mission-completing skills to your friends. Not a biggie, but kinda cool to have!

JP in GTA 5 stands for Job Points. They're basically a score you earn for completing jobs and missions. The more missions you do, the more JP you rack up. Think of them as brownie points that show how active you've been. But, they reset after each session, so they're more like bragging rights than anything super tangible.
They mean nothing, really. Just points to show off how much you play.
