It really depends on your playstyle! If you love dealing high amounts of damage up close, try Flamecharm; it's literally fire!
I swear by Thundercall. Shock the enemies and watch 'em fizzle out. Plus, it looks super cool!
Honestly, there's no 'best' attunement - just figure out what works for you.
Gale Breath is the most versatile, IMHO. You get crowd control and solid damage - it's the best if you want to be a jack-of-all-trades.
