Honestly, any starter works if you play to their strengths. It's all about how you want to train and use them in battles!
It's got to be Dripple. Water types are super versatile, and Dripple's evolutions have both good offense and defense.
In my opinion, Fevine is the best starter. It evolves into some of the strongest Loomians and has great speed and attack stats.
