Honestly, farming Derelict nodes is my hot take. They got those juicy clusters of plastids if you can handle the Infested!
In my experience, running Dark Sector missions on Phobos also works great. Plus, you can always bring along a Nekros to Desecrate the drops for more loot!
Farm on Saturn, specifically the mission 'Piscinas'. It's a Dark Sector Survival mission which means more enemy spawns and higher drop rates for plastids.
