It's a bit of a moving target, but generally, you can find some alternate art (alt art) Pokemon cards from recent sets for under $10. The key is to look for less popular Pokemon or those from sets that are widely opened. For instance, Alt Art cards from the 'Sword & Shield' series like 'Cramorant V' or 'Morpeko V' can sometimes be snagged for a bargain!

Alt art cards under $5? Dream on. The market's hot and even the least popular ones rarely dip that low.

Honestly, it's like hunting for a shiny Pokemon in the wild. Prices fluctuate, but for a real steal, check out cards right after a set release when the market's flooded. You might just catch that alt art card for a song!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
