The cyst is a gross little growth you get when you're infected with the Helminth Virus! Just pop into your Orbiter, and the Helminth Infirmary will take care of it after a week. No biggie!

Had one of those before. It grows over seven days, and you can either remove it or use it to create a Helminth Charger by infecting a Kubrow egg. Gross but kinda cool!
