The mercy rule in MLB The Show 22 ends the game if a team is ahead by 10 or more runs after 7 innings. No comeback miracles needed!

In MLB The Show 22, if you're up by 10 runs after the 7th inning, you can call it a day with the mercy rule.

10 runs up by the 7th inning? Game over, buddy. That's the mercy rule in MLB The Show 22.

Basically, the game wraps up early if one team leads by 10+ runs after 7 innings. Happened to me last night!

If you're a MLB The Show Companion App player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in MLB The Show Companion App essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
