Personally, I think Julius Novachrono's time magic grimoire has to be up there. Controlling time? That's next-level!
Asta's five-leaf clover grimoire is definitely a contender for the strongest! It can summon anti-magic swords and negates magic, which is pretty OP.
Hot take: All grimoires are only as strong as their user! Focus on the character, not the book.
