Lol, VCR GTA sounds like someone tried to play GTA on an old tape recorder. But nah, it's just a fan term for a hoped-for remaster of Vice City. Got nothing to do with actual VCRs.

There's no such game as VCR GTA. People just wish for a Vice City Remastered version. Don't get your hopes up for an actual release.
