Most of the smaller creatures like peepers and bladderfish respawn. But once you take down a big guy like a Reaper or Warper, they're gone for good!
I've noticed that the schools of fish keep coming back, so you’ll always have something to snack on. The Leviathans, though, once you’ve taken care of them, that’s it—no respawns!
Small fish, yes. Big scary monsters, nope. Simple as that.
