MK: Armageddon also has an adventure mode called Konquest, where you play as Taven. It's a bit different, but still lots of fun.

Don't forget Mortal Kombat: Deception! It has an adventure mode called Konquest too, where you control Shujinko. Seriously underrated!

Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks is the one with the most notable adventure mode! You get to play as Liu Kang and Kung Lao. It's a blast!
