Start with the original Gintama series from 2006, watch up to episode 201. Then continue with Gintama' (season 2), Gintama' Enchousen, Gintama° (2015), Gintama. (2017), and finally Gintama: Silver Soul Arc. For the movies, watch Gintama: The Movie and Gintama: The Final after the series!
