Honestly, you can start with 'Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion' and then read any of the spin-offs like 'Suzaku of the Counterattack' or 'Nightmare of Nunnally' in whichever order you fancy! I did, and it was a blast.

I've read all the mangas and I'd suggest starting with 'Lelouch of the Rebellion' for the main plot, then 'Suzaku of the Counterattack' and 'Nightmare of Nunnally' for different POVs. Finish with 'Renya of Darkness' for a prequel vibe.
