Gotta say, 'Vivid Voltage' is up there too. Pulled an amazing Pikachu VMAX rainbow rare from just a few packs. So based on personal experience, it feels like the pull rates are pretty decent.
Hidden Fates, no contest. It鈥檚 packed with shiny Pokemon and has a great pull rate for them too.
