Depends on your system! For best performance, set it to 100% if you've got a decent rig. If your PC's a bit older, try 75% to keep those frames smooth.

Honestly, just go with 100% unless your FPS drops below 60. Then dial it down to 80% and see if that helps.

I keep mine at 90% on my mid-range setup, and it does the trick. You'll need to experiment a bit to find the sweet spot for you.
