Just equip the biggest gun you find; stats aren't that crucial for weapons. ?♂️
From my experience, Perception is key for ranged weapons. Had a dweller with a high Perception stat and they literally never missed a shot. Strength is a game-changer for melee. Made my vault almost invincible during raids and explorations.
