GTA updates usually drop at around 2-4 AM PST. Rockstar tends to stick to this schedule, especially for major updates. Keep in mind time zones though cause that could mean waiting till the afternoon if you're on the other side of the world!

Whenever Rockstar feels like it. ? But for real, early morning hours in the US seem to be their go-to.

5 AM Eastern Time, give or take. That's been the sweet spot for the last few updates. Set your alarm!

Honestly, it varies. But early morning US time is a safe bet. Rockstar isn't exactly the most predictable when it comes to exact release times.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
