Only the cool ones. Seriously though, weird misalignments or color mishaps where Pikachu looks like it's from a disco era might be worth more than you think. Keep an eye out!

Misprint Pokemon cards that tend to have value are the ones with noticeable errors that are rare, like misaligned prints, missing colors, or even text errors. Some collectors go bananas for these because they're like finding a needle in a haystack! Imagine having a Pikachu with its iconic yellow missing - it's oddly special and thus, could fetch a pretty penny.

Not all misprints are valuable. It's all about rarity and demand. A smudgy Pikachu might not be worth much if there are a thousand others just like it.

I once found a card where the holographic layer was applied backwards. It was bizarre and ended up being quite valuable. Misprints that alter the card in unique ways, especially with visual effects, can be particularly sought after.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
