Demon Slayer is rated TV-MA for the anime and 16+ for the manga. It's got intense violence and some dark themes, so definitely not for the younger kiddos.
From my experience, my nephew started watching at 15 and handled it well, but it really depends on the individual!
Hot take: If it were up to me, I'd say you should be at least 18. The gore and emotional weight can be pretty intense!
