Just collect a bunch of Power Cells and replace them as needed. If you plan your expeditions right, this works just fine.
Use the Power Cell Charger on your Cyclops and swap out dead cells with fully charged ones from your base. Efficient and reliable!
I usually park my Cyclops near the surface and drag extra power cells around. It's old school but works for me!
Build a moonpool with a vehicle upgrade console. Charge your Seamoth or Prawn Suit and use them to swap out the power cells.
