In my experience, Shindai Akuma takes the cake. I've been playing for months and still haven't landed it. Good luck!
No doubt, the rarest bloodline is Rengoku. You鈥檒l need a ton of spins or some serious luck during special events!
Honestly, these things keep changing with updates, but right now, it's probably Bankai Akuma. Try your luck!
