Many players consider the 'Aerial Assault One' glider to be the rarest. It was only available back in Season 1 to players who reached level 5 and purchased it from the shop.

I've been playing since the beginning, and I think the 'Snowflake' glider from Season 2 deserves a mention. It was a reward for getting a Victory Royale that season!
