A person in One Piece doesn't die when they're beaten or even when they're forgotten. Nope! According to a very moving speech by Dr. Hiluluk, a character in One Piece, a person only dies when they are forgotten. So, grab your tissues, because this manga and anime series know how to tug at the heartstrings.

They don't really die till Oda says so. Seriously though, in One Piece, characters often come back from situations you'd think were impossible to survive. But on a more philosophical level, echoing Dr. Hiluluk's words, a person dies when they're forgotten, which is kinda poetic if you ask me.

Only when forgotten, my friends. One Piece teaches us that as long as people remember you, you never truly die. Makes you want to live a life worth remembering, doesn鈥檛 it?

If you're a One Piece fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
