Boruto gets really good around episode 50 during the Chunin Exams arc! It brings back those nostalgic Naruto feels and introduces some epic battles.

In my experience, things start heating up around episode 65. The fight scenes during that arc are top-notch!

Honestly, I'd say it starts getting good in the Mujina Bandits arc, which is around episode 141. The story gets more intense, and Boruto's character development kicks up a notch.

The anime really starts to pick up after episode 50. The Chunin Exams arc and the battles will remind you why you love the Naruto universe.

No cap, the Boruto anime gets good when you just stick with it. There are some solid moments early on too. Don't sleep on it!
