In my opinion, Tokyo Ghoul:re gets good from the beginning, but if you're looking for a real turning point, episode 19 is a game-changer. The action and plot twists are wild!

Tokyo Ghoul:re really picks up around episode 12! That's when Kaneki's memories and true identity start to resurface, making things super intense.
