When does Valorant come back up?
Valorant doesn't have a set downtime, so if it's down, it's usually for maintenance or an update. Best way to check is to follow the official Valorant or Riot Games social media accounts. They're pretty good at announcing when the game will be back up. Sometimes they'll give a specific time, other times it's a 'we're working on it' situation.

In my experience, downtime doesn't last longer than a few hours. If it's a big update, maybe a bit longer, but they usually try to get it back up ASAP. I just chill and check their socials for updates.
