You wanna reel in a catfish? Best times are during Spring and Fall when it's raining. These slippery fish love the wet weather, so keep an eye on the forecast and grab your fishing rod on rainy days. They're also catchable in the Secret Woods and Witch's Swamp, but remember, rain is your friend here!

Honestly, catching catfish is overrated. Go for easier fish and save yourself the headache.

Caught my first catfish on a rainy spring afternoon. It鈥檚 all about timing and patience. Make sure you鈥檝e got a good supply of bait and tackle to make the job easier. Rainy days are your golden ticket.

Rainy days in Spring and Fall, my friend! That's your ticket to Catfish City. Oh, and by the way, they put up a pretty good fight, so get ready for a mini battle every time you hook one.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
