When to Plant Apricot Trees in Stardew Valley
Gotta time it right! Plant your apricot tree at the very start of Spring to make sure it grows big and strong in time to bear fruit in Spring of the following year. Trees take a whole season to mature, so don’t wait too long, or you'll miss out on those juicy apricots next year!

Spring is the magic word! Just remember, apricot trees won't grow during Winter, so plant them on the first day of Spring to get a head start.
Here's the deal, plant them any day in Spring except the first. I did and guess what? No space for it to grow because of the festival decorations. Wait a day to avoid my mistake!
Nah, plant 'em whenever. As long as it's not Winter, they'll grow... eventually. But seriously, Spring is your best bet if you actually want apricots.
Tip from my farm to yours: Spring is apricot time. But clear those 8 tiles around your sapling. Rocks and weeds can stop your tree from growing. Learned that the hard way.
