As far as predictions go, I'd bet on 2024. Akutami's been clear about not wanting to extend the series unnecessarily. Looks like we've got a tight ship sailing to its final destination sooner rather than later.
So, no official end date yet, but Gege Akutami hinted in interviews that Jujutsu Kaisen might wrap up within the next couple of years, aiming for a conclusion that doesn't drag the story out. So, we could be looking at an ending around 2023 or 2024, given how manga schedules and planned story arcs go. But, as with all things in manga, it's flexible.
