Most English Pokémon cards get printed and manufactured in the USA. There's also been some chatter about cards being produced in Japan for certain special editions, but the bulk of them are coming straight from the US of A!

USA, mainly. But let's not forget, it's a global game, folks. Different parts of the world might get involved depending on the demand and special editions.

Actually, not just the USA, but English Pokémon cards are also produced in other countries. My cousin who's super into collecting told me some of his rare finds were printed in the UK.
