Make sure you've completed the event or challenge fully. Rewards usually show up in the 'Rewards' tab right after.
Sometimes rewards get delayed. Try restarting the app or checking your internet connection. Worked for me a few times!
Tap on your profile picture, navigate to the 'Achievements' tab, and you should find your earned rewards there!
