The torch location you’re looking for is in the Jungle area. Head to the top of the island near the stone ruins, it’s usually around there.
It's in the Jungle, near the middle of the island. Check around the big ruins area.
In the Old World, there's another torch at Marine Fortress. Check the walls inside the fortress, shouldn't be too hard to spot!
