For those on the hunt for old Pokemon cards, start with local card shops; they sometimes have hidden gems or can point you in the right direction. Next, dive into the world of online marketplaces like eBay or TCGplayer. These sites can be treasure troves for rare finds, just make sure to check seller ratings! And don't forget about yard sales or thrift stores. You never know where a rare card might be hiding, waiting for you to discover it. Lastly, connecting with other collectors through forums or social media groups can lead to trades or sales of those elusive cards you've been searching for.

Honestly, hit up your local thrift store or garage sale. You'd be surprised at the treasures you can find for pennies on the dollar. Got my best cards that way!

Ebay and TCGplayer, period. They have everything you need. Just make sure you're not getting scammed with fakes. Check those seller reviews!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
