You can find Mystic Orbs in the Blade Drifts of Zopheir. Look around the snowy areas, especially near the giant crystal structures!

Trust me, farm the enemies around the Blade Drifts of Zopheir. They drop Mystic Orbs sometimes. It worked for me!
