For Seamoth and Prawn Suit upgrades, you need to craft them at the Vehicle Upgrade Console. For Cyclops, head to the Cyclops Upgrade Fabricator onboard.

You can find depth upgrades in Subnautica by crafting them at the Vehicle Upgrade Console in the Moonpool or at the Modification Station. You'll need different materials for each vehicle upgrade, so make sure to gather those first!

Scour wrecks and data boxes scattered around the ocean floor for upgrade blueprints. Happy diving!

Just craft 'em at the Vehicle Upgrade Console or Cyclops Upgrade Fabricator, simple as that.
