Nickel ore is mostly located in the Lost River and occasionally in the Inactive Lava Zone. Happy diving!

Forget about the shallows, head straight to the Lost River. It's the only reliable place to find nickel ore.

You'll find nickel ore primarily in the Lost River biome. Dive deep and keep an eye out around the tree cove and skeleton area!
