Valheim screenshots usually end up in the Steam folder. Check `C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[your steam ID]\760\remote\892970\screenshots`.

On Steam, press F12 to take a screenshot. It'll be in the Steam overlay and your screenshot manager. Easy peasy!

I always find mine in the Steam screenshots folder specific to Valheim. Just open Steam, go to View > Screenshots, and select Valheim. Done!

Don't forget about checking the Steam Cloud if you enabled it. Sometimes they magically live there too!
