Check out the Jellyshroom Cave. You'll find a Degasi base with all the blueprints you need for the multipurpose room.

Head over to the floating islands biome and look for a broken base. You can scan the fragments there to get the blueprint!

Just go to any abandoned Seabase you find scattered around the deeper parts of the map. They usually have the blueprint.

You actually don't need to go to a specific location to find the multipurpose room. Just explore wrecks and bases and you’ll come across it.
