In GTA San Andreas, CJ originally lives in Grove Street, Los Santos. But remember, as you progress through the game, you can buy houses and properties all over the map. So, technically, CJ can end up living wherever you want him to.
Actually, the real question is, does CJ ever really live anywhere, or is he just a nomad of the urban wilderness? Philosophically speaking, I mean.
