On PC, Xbox Game Pass saves screenshots in the 'Videos' folder under 'Captures.' You can find it in your user profile directory.

For Xbox consoles, your screenshots get saved to the Xbox Live Cloud. You can access them through the 'Captures' menu in the Guide.
