Barbara can be found in El Quebrados, chilling at the Sheriff's Station. Just roll up there and you'll spot her near the parking lot, usually just standing around waiting for CJ to work his charm. So, if you're trying to win her over, that's where you gotta head!

Barbara? She's one of the easier dates to find. Just hit El Quebrados and look for the police station. You can't miss her, but don't try stealing any cop cars on your first visit, lol.
