It's in Vinewood Hills, but honestly, just grab a helicopter. Why drive when you can fly? Makes finding it a breeze and you get to land on his helipad. Because yes, his house has one.
Franklin's house in GTA 5 is in the Vinewood Hills, a luxurious neighborhood in the game. It's a swanky pad with an incredible view of Los Santos. He moves there later in the game, after living in his aunt's house in Strawberry. Just look for the big modern house on Whispymound Drive, and you've found it!
