La Mesa's pretty much the heart of the industrial side of Los Santos. If you've passed the big ol' Murrieta Oil Fields, you've gone too far. It's this gritty, urban area where you'll find lots of warehouses, some sketchy back alleys, and even a police station. Ideal for laying low... or not.
