Where is Leatherface in GTA 5?

Ah, the mystery of Leatherface in GTA 5! So, here's the deal: despite all the urban legends and spooky stories floating around the internet, there's no confirmed appearance of Leatherface in the game. Trust me, I've spent hours with my crew looking for him in all the creepy spots of Los Santos and Blaine County. Okay, so everyone talks about Leatherface in GTA 5, right? I've done my fair share of ghost hunting in the game, and I'm pretty sure that if he was wandering around, someone would've caught him on video by now.
