Lol, sounds like you're having one of those classic GTA moments! If you bought the submarine and can't find it, check your interaction menu or the dock where you originally found/purchased it. GTA likes to keep us on our toes, but usually, your vehicles chill in the same spot you left them or they get returned to their default location.

If you can't find your sub, it's probably taking a deep-sea dive without you. Just kidding! Seriously though, it should be where you left it or back at its home dock. GTA isn't in the habit of submarinenapping.
Hot take: Submarines are overrated. Get yourself a flying car and never worry about 'where did I park my sub' again.
Your submarine should be at the Sonar Collections Dock in Paleto Cove if you've purchased it. Remember, though, if it's the first time and you're looking for the sub for a mission, it'll be waiting at the docks. Dive in, and happy exploring!
