The manga has the best art and adds extra scenes not in the webcomic or anime. If you're a purist, start with that!
Webcomic all the way. The original story and humor are unbeatable, even if the art's not as polished.
From my experience, the anime does a fantastic job with action scenes, but the manga adds more depth. Worth checking both!
